Cause & Effect. Decriminalize, provide real drug education, and treatment for those who want/need it, and the problems actually get addressed. Same with birth control. Provide it free, along with real sex ed, abortions & unwanted pregnancies would drop. There are nations that have PROVEN it works. The USA can't seem to get past the sanctimonious idea that these behaviors should be addressed with JUDGEMENT first, and that treating human behavior with rational empathy, is a "sin". Makes me crazy!
